Middle Fork Koyukuk

I'm a mere 50 days from leaving for another adventure in Ak. I will be on the Middle Fork Koyukuk from about the 10th through the end of moose season (25th). Any input on the fishing during the month of September would be appreciated.

the last time I was on the koyukuk the river was unseasonably high and muddy. Anywhere there was clear water there were pike. I caught 7 pike in 7 casts over 35”.

That country is pretty darn cool. Don't have anything on the fishing though I did hear the pike fishing was great.
