Decent flic. Evil corporate conspiracy theme well developed and told. Good casting. Clooney gives another high minded conscience torn performance. Supporting actor (Tom Wilkinson) steals every scene he's in.

We've seen pleanty of movies with high tec thugs doing away with the good guy, but those two were scary.
