Meat .5 hp dual grinder

Anybody own one? Is it worth the money? Seems it would save a fair amount of time. My old grinder is about done and deciding if I’m at the buy once cry once point.

I posted a similar question last year while Meat was having a big sale. I was wondering people opinions on 1/2 hp vs 1 hp. The overwhelming majority said go with the 1 hp and you will never regret it.

I went with the 1 hp and foot pedal(highly recommended) and I couldn’t be happier.

Ground 3 deer last year for burger and thuringer. And a couple deer, an antelope and a cow elk this year and it downright kicks ass.

If you do larger quantities I would go with the 1 hp. If you only grind a deer or two a year the 1/2 will suffice.
