Marsupial Bino Harness for El Range 10x42

Their size guide says Small/Medium......anyone out there have El Range 10x42 and a Marsupial Bino Harness? Would you recommend the small or the medium? Thanks

I don’t have EL Ranges but would bet the price of the harness that it will fit the small/medium just fine.
