maine/New Hampshire moose

Maines moose lottery drawing is tonight.New Hampshires is tomorrow.Good luck to any of you that entered.I'll have my fingers crossed for one of these tags.Vermonts drawing is in a few weeks

curious, how much public land is there in those states? what are the draw odds like?

Plenty of land to hunt in those states.Draw odds are low to say the least.Maine has the worst odds; not sure what they are.NH odds are something like 1/55 or 1/60

thanks for the reply. i was looking at Maine and the cost of a tag is relatively inexpensive. of course im in idaho so the travel would make up for it tho. Ill have to look into the NH too.

Moose permit

I put in for both Nh and Maine and did not draw My uncle has put in for 20 years in Maine and never drew. I have a friend who put in for 15 years and drew twice in Maine. Go figure.
