They have done the same thing with the Alligator tags. Hard to get excited about hunting Gators when they jack prices on everything. John

State is going to get money anyway they can.

15 years ago, my wife and her cousins put the farm in NE Louisiana back in trees. We put a tag holder on this bear and he was able to connect after 38 hours on stand. Very rewarding to see a bear killed on a property that I’ve put so much time into. The hunter and his friend are great guys and we enjoyed their time with us.
