Lost a Family Member...

My mother called this morning at 6:45 and told me that my Grandmother passed away this morning.

She was my last living Grandparent and she will be missed greatly.

Sorry to hear that Flipper. My last died 35 years ago and I hadn't thought about her for a long time, till now. She was all what grandma's are supposed to be. Just like yours was, I'm sure. don

I'm terribly sorry to hear that, Flipper. My last living grandparent is my Grandma on my mother's side. I love her more than anything else in the world and wouldn't know what to do without her.

Just rest assured that she is another place where there is no pain or suffering. Life is a strange thing and we never know when our number's up.

Both of my sets of Grandparents passed before I ever got to know them. It has been a great hole in my life. What a privelege for you to have known your Grandmother and remember her fondly. Sorry for your loss Flipper.

Sorry for your loss Flipper- my first gparent passed before I was even born, my last one went home 20+ years ago. Its never easy.

Flipper sorry to hear about your Gram. My grandparents on both sides have been gone along time. I still remember them fondly, and can only hope to be the kind of PAP both of mine were.
