Looking for lower-priced used tent trailer

Co-worker of mine is looking to buy a used tent trailer in the l-o-w-er (repeat, l-o-w-e-r) price range. Not afraid to rework various parts of trailer as long as trailer not "trashed." Ready to buy n-o-w! Would appreciate any and all local (Ariz.) leads ... thanks!

A friend picked one up for cheap ($800) from a USFS auction. I hear they area all on-line now. You might do a search on USFS surplus property or similar.

FWIW, if I was to get a tent trailer, it would HAVE to be an 'off road' model. Much better ground clearance and IMO/E much less chance of trashing an axle getting to where you want to be.
