Me and my buddy are planning our first elk hunt in Sep for archery hunting
I have been doin a ton of homework for the last few months and narrowed down a few unit i thought were good starting points for a scouting but now comes my questions
I am looking at units 74 75 751 77 78
All in southwest Colorado but now that i look deeper I have found a lot of info on how crowed these units get
( im not looking for that non-existant unit with no people) but i also dont want to run into 100 guys a day
Do you guys think I need to change my thinking and stay away from the southwest part of the state and look more north or central?
