I have an old family rifle that needs a new barrel. But, it is an old rifle with deep bluing. I have a Brux chrome-moly barrel on order and need a smith that can rebarrel and blue. Ideas?

How old/what is it? Is rust bluing an option?

It's a 70's S&W made by Howa. It has a deep rich blue.
