I put my bait out last thurs. Went to check it sun to see if any thing had hit it. As I was pulling into the meadow where I park my truck a chocolate colored bear was heading for my bait. We put some more bait in the barrel and left.
I got some more bait to put in mon evening. As we came up on the bait there was a cinnamon sow and a black cub there. The sow walked up into the timber but the cub never left. He was never any farther than 40 yards from us. We got some pictures of it while we baited the barrel again. As we were leaving we looked back and the cub was already trying to get into the barrel.
It's looking good for the fall season.
