Look What I Found Last Night

Clay,what kind of temperatures are you getting out there?


It has been hot here with little or no movement during hunting hours. So I was just wondering.

Nut, when I climbed out of my stand and back in the truck, the mirror said 38 degrees..........highs have been in the 50s......perfect october bowhunting weather here.....

That is what I am waiting for now. Hopefully a frost will come in and kill all the midges that are killing off the deer with that disease. There are over 20 dead about 3/4 mile away at the dried up creek.

IIR, have you seen him again in the flesh yet? Any indication he is moving during daylight hours at all?

He is moving right at last light, just not at this location.......I'm actually going to work on relocating a stand this afternoon, to hopefully intercept him during shooting light......

I haven't seen him first hand since the beginning of last week........I'm hoping to change that
