what a D bag. I'm not law professor, but I don't get the lifetime ban thing. He is already a poacher, not like he needed a license to do his killing, and a lifetime ban doesn't give any incentive for him to get his chit together.

But it does open him up to different charges that are possibly more severe if caught hunting while banned
