Humm... never had Deer ham before, but sounds good to me as long as your cooking

He said that its the half a heart shape chunk of meat off the hams(roast to me)slow cooked on the bar-b for about 45 mins. to an hour with some secret stuff and MAN-O-MAN good eats

wont be any weight gain from my deer its nice and lean. you could probablly eat 20 pounds, jazzercize for a month and be back where you started.
