Laray Caverns

The Wife and I spend last weekend at a B&B and I wanted to see the Cavern, It's one place I've never been to in the area. If you ever visit the DC area this is one place you should check out. It's an Hour and 30 minute drive from DC.

Nice DaveHawk! I grew up about sixty miles from there in Harrisonburg. Been there several times. Its a very impressive caverens.

BTW it's spelled Luray, not Laray. :)
 
If Spell check dose not catch it I can not help that LOL :D

My wife took the boys there about 20 years ago and it is very commercialized these days. She said it use to be when you went down into the caverns you walked down the old steps with flash lights and the guide would flick on a switch to light up the cavern. That must have been spectacular !
