Kamas UT Cow Elk youth hunt help

My 12 year old son has a nonresident cow elk tag for the Kamas Unit. Just looking for a little advice or direction if possible. I know the area a little, but need a lot more help. The tag is good until January so can wait till the snow flies some when the elk move down. I don't mind paying a fee to a local rancher who wants them out of his hay for the day, figured since it's a cow there must be some selling their own vouchers, etc. I'm not going to get some 5 mile hike in and pack out with him (Although he would never complain 1 second about it). Any advice or assistant is appreciated. Hope to spend Thanksgiving up there. Thanks
