An easy google search turned up 2 peer reviewed articles on the first page! I searched ILLEAGAL SALE OF BEAR PARTS to see what I could find and I must say it is easy to learn the basis behind the regs, so I would say that it would be easier for belly deep to do a little research if you wish.
