Jemez Springs NM - meat processing / taxidermy

Can anyone recommend a good place to take an elk to get butchered? The closer to the Jemez Springs area the better. Everything I'm finding on google is in the Albuquerque area

Also interested in finding a taxidermist in the area

Best taxidermist is Imperial Taxidermy in Santa Fe. Green Valley meats in Albuquerque is your best bet. Not to far from Jemez Springs
