It's getting close

Because of the increasing number of bears and increasing number of bear attacks in New Mexico, the season opens up on Aug 1 this year. It's getting close! Tom will be joining me from Texas for the first of the hunting season. The weather has been great for bears and I hope to see something for Tom to kill. Wish us luck. Hopefully we'll have some pictures of bears in a couple of weeks to share with everyone!

Season opens here Aug. first also. It's to hot and to many fires burning though. I think I'll wait. The season goes to the end of December after all. Plenty of time.

well, Tom and I made four days of hunting and it rained miserably the entire time. Bear sign was impossible to find, so all we could pray for was luck. It wasn't on our side this time, and we'll have to do it again. That's bear hunting for ya!
