Issues with Mini 14

I've been having this issue with my Ruger Mini-14 (181 Series).

It shoots approximately 5" high at 50 yards.

Rear sight cannot be adjusted any lower. Front sight is fixed.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

dot of jb weld on the front site to make it bigger.
Shoulder the gun higher in your shoulder.
Get rid of it and get something that shoots better for you

I won't claim to know much about the Mini-14 but did you check to see if there is a pinch point between the barrel and stock?

Good suggestion on the JB Weld. I'll give it a try and let you know how it works.

Call Ruger. Their customer service is supposed to be pretty good.

I’ve got the solution get rid of the crappy mini-14 always known for inaccuracy even a budget ar-15 from palmetto state armory will out shoot the best mini-14
