HHHHHHHmmmmmmmmmm........... maybe they can bring the moose from island to the U.P. and on way back bring a wolf????? Or maybe just shoot the moose for the wolves to eat??????? Or herd up the moose and drive them across the ice bridge to mainland???????? Or charge hunters 1000.00/tag to hunt 500 moose off the island. Or, in a novel gesture..............just let nature take it's course!!!!!!!!!!!
