Iphone 4

So my phone broke and was looking for a new/used Iphone 4 not be confused for the new Iphone 4s and have any of you looked at the crazy prices for one when your contract is not up? It is stupid people pay up to a 1000 dollars for a phone question anyone have a smartphone laying around not being used they may want to sell has to be a Verizon or jail break phone.

Dropped mine 4 days after I bought it. Had insurance $179 to replace. New one said to be $800. Apple store $149. So I just have a spider webbed screen. Still works though
