Last hunt of the season. I have a Mule Deer hunt in Souther NM. I have been given the great responsibility to take a new hunter, from the east on his very first western hunt. The help i need are some of your favorite meals in deer camp. Pre harvest and post? Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and anything else. Thanks

I always do a tenderloin cook for a post harvest meal. They dry out so quickly that I prefer to cook them as soon as I can... plus they taste great!!
