Idaho's Governor Little joins Montana in requesting Grizzlies be de-listed.

Interestingly - The article cites groups saying that Idaho's recent legislated rule changes on wolves forecast the State will be dealing in bad faith on bears.

Until the issue of DPS delisting is settled in favor of the states, there's not going to be a delisted Grizzly Bear population.

Population is only 1 of 3 necessary components to delisting, and if the states continue to go down the path of lessening restrictions, etc before the bears are delisted, they end up violating another of the 3 components: An adequate regulatory mechanism that's been approved by the USFWS.

MT went down that road on Grizzlies last year, not sure where ID is, but given the brain trust that is their legislature, I don't think they're that far behind MT for going full idiot on the issue.

SFW is already organizing around this. Another great issue to whip up the crowds and try to get more bad politicians elected, while filling their own coffers.
