Idaho spring bear (youth opportunity)

Any advice on a unit in Idaho with a lot of clear cuts and logging roads. Looking to take my 10 year old son on his first bear hunt. Trophy size not important. I’m looking for an area that we can walk logging roads and glass for bears. Preferably not in grizzly country. Would appreciate any tips.
