Can you use the same hunting license to put in for a limited tag two consecutive years if you time it right?

Nope. IIRC ID goes off the calendar year. You can pull that off in Utah though.
That $150+ to ID stings a bit each year, but the odds for some species are good enough that I'll keep applying. I'm hoping for a sheep tag this year!

Can also now do 1 license to cover 2 years in AZ as well depending on what draws you participate in (have 3 per year, maybe more) and when you buy the 365 license.
