I also didn't draw anything and heard that non-res draw odds went up in the second chance. frustrating to say the least.

Good on ya! There are those IDIOTS who forgot to buy their tags (elk and deer) from the first drawing. I am in deep shaze with our group. Nobody to blame other that myself but I have been sick to my gut and more so now that second draw is over with. Life has to gone on tho, no matter how painful.
