Surprised the number of elk hunters stayed consistent / dropped by 1.5%. Although that 15000 NR cap certainly keeps things from getting crazy

Idaho has a habit of killing a lot of cow elk! Cut those numbers in half will equal more elk... seems pretty simple overall.... and quit giving all these farmers and ranchers so much money, if they want the elk off there land than allow the public to hunt within reason of coarse.
