“I don’t want you hunting this outfit.”

how/why would there be any coerralation (sp) between the board of welfare outfitters and a Game and Fish charge of hunter harassment + criminal theft? Does the Wyoming Game & Fish and local prosecutor confer with the outfitters before taking action?

If somehow the incident is legit (I hope it is), probably the right thing at the time was to kick the ever living shit out of the rancher/harasser/thief...on the spot
Like i said, the rancher went to the meeting to try and say the helicopter pilot should have to hold an outfitters license because he is assisting in someone else's hunt. And the rancher, who outfits on his private land with an outfitter license, wants them to define why the pilot didnt need an outfitting license, and so the board is tabling the discussion for the next meeting. Doesnt sound to friendly does it? ...And in regards to beating up a 70+yr old rancher, thats the dumbest comment you have made so far, and thats saying something

again, you think the Game and Fish along with the County Prosecutor first must confir with the welfare outfitters before taking action? If' that's the case, my grandmother in Sandusky Ohio needs to be brought into fray before charges filed. Regarding Outdoor Life - the same outdoor rag that hotspots, perennial top ten rifles, what rock to stand on when fishing...etc????

Regarding kicking the shit outta a 70 year old harasser and thief, why not?

My first thought- does the uber driver who picks up a hunter at an airport need an outfitters license? Because they both provide the same fundamental service: transportation.
