An old thread, but still relevant.
Our club has a main rifle range with target berms at 50, 100, 200, 300, and 400 yds with 12 covered benches plus 6 uncovered.
We also have 9 berm separated ranges that vary from 25 to 100 yds, all with some covered and uncovered benches.
Our shotgun part of the range has 6 Trap fields and 4 Skeet fields.
Our annual memberships (single or family) are $50 a year. We've capped our membership at 2700 members, and we're currently a couple hundred below that.
Our Trap and Skeet target fees are $4 for members and $5 for non-members.
I've been an active member of our range since the late '70s and I currently shoot there almost every week throught the year. Each week I shoot 3 or more pistols at 25 yds, 2 or more rifles at each of the 200 to 400yd targets, up to 4 lines of Skeet.
As a reloader and one that makes my own shot, my (any gauge) shotshells cost me about $2.50 a box, so as a 40+ year range life member, my rifle and pistol shooting only cost me my shells, and my Trap or Skeet shooting cost me about $6.50 per line.
