I went into the bank this afternoon and got attacked on the way home by a bunch of turkeys. I could have grabbed him by the neck from my car, but anyone that has ever done that knows you don’t do that...

We got distracted one morning on a upland hunting trip in eastern MT. I had an unfilled turkey tag from this spring and put the sneak on.

I'm thinking of deep frying it whole for the in-laws on New Years. Any tips out there for deep frying a wild bird?
