Do yourself a favor and check out this site. Hank Shaw has some amazing recipes on there. I made the chilindron last week with some chukars, and did the meat loaf tonight with some horseradish mashed potatoes. Both were absolutely amazing.

Can't wait to try some more

His recipes are fantastic- I do a bunch of his recipes for hare and grouse. The rabbit recipes work very well for venison as well.

He has a new book coming out this summer, should be a good one.
