As you can see from the second picture one jar converted to yogurt and the other didn't quite convert. It's cooling now so sampling it will probably be done tomorrow. Interesting and simple recipe.

I’m not a yogurt fan, but it’s cool you are making it yourself!
 
Surprised at how simple it is to make myself. Small sample taste last night gave me an indication its more on the Greek yogurt tartness level. It went 20 hours at 110 degrees. I may stop it at 14 or 16 hours next time
 
20220504_162928.jpgalright there is no way to make a bowl of yogurt look photogenic but it wasn't as tart as I initially thought. Added a bit of brown sugar and some strawberries and it was quite good.
