didn't find out who won.

Hog hunting has went on with dogs has been something that hunters have used in this country for quite some time.

Hog-doggin, as it is known in the rural South, has been a blood sport there for centuries, as well as @#)(# fighting.....(NO Outdoorschick, cancel your flight....these are chickens!) Anyway in most of these staged fights the dogs wim because the wild hogs have had their tusks removed. When the tusks have not been removed, the hog always wins in a one on one battle. This does not occur to frequently because most fights are for helping train your hog dog for feral and wild hog hunting.....kind of like the coon dog trials, but bloodier. It is legal in LA and AL, but has been outlawed in Florida where it was very popular until all the yankees moved down,

are you talking about catching the hogs with dogs or putting a hog and a dog in a pen. if you are talking about hunting them i will try to get you some pics sunday. hog hunting with dogs is a rush, the dogs catch the hog, then you grab it by the hind legs and pull the dogs off. at that point another shoots, stabs or castrates the hog for a later kill. castrated hogs grow bigger and the meat is less gamey.
