Sooooooo..... Just got word the Driver wasn't cited. Rhet should have been walking on the grass and should have been wearing lighter cloths WTF ? Time to buy new Wardrobes for MY kids now now I guess...... Our subdivision has 30' + roads because we don'thave any sidewalks. No cars were on the side of the road at that place...... More then enough for a single car to Miss a Guy walking "ANYWARE" on the road you'd think !!!!! Hell, you should be able to Dodge a Herd of Elk I would think...... I'm just glad it wasn't Rhet's Fault for walking to the Bus stop, MAybe for denting the guys car ?!?!|oo

As usual, you are WRONG. Hopefully you are careful when you walk to the school bus each morning. Or does that short bus stop right in front of your house?

The first time I ever went to Moosie's, I asked him how the hell the subdivision got approved without sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. I can't believe the developer got the City/County to allow that to be developed like that. So, in fact, and as Moosie confirmed, the fact that kids have to walk to school in the street due to the lack of sidewalks is an EXCUSE. Once again Ten, you don't have a clue. |oo

All that being said, glad to hear that W's kid is going to be OK. I know in the Trailer Park out here, we have one corner where cars come around a bit fast, and kids playing in the street there are a bit of a concern.
