On my way to and from work today, there were a bunch of OOS trucks pulling travel trailers and ATV's headed for the mountains.

Let those early birds push all the critters to the hard-to-reach places, making it easier for us guys in the 3rd season to find them in these spots.

I always laughed when I went to Colorado and saw how many people take ATVs with them. The areas that I used to hunt had nowhere to ride them but on the main roads. I live close to Interstate 80 and it is amazing watching the traffic during hunting season. It is pretty easy to tell who is going hunting. The vehicles usually have at least one ATV and a bunch of coolers etc.

I wonder how many of those vehicles are ridden illegally into closed areas? I would bet lots. I know that on the open spaces of Wyoming it is a real problem in some areas.
