Happy Pi Day

I like that they used Einstein for that, because only someone like him could understand that a circle’s circumference is 3.14 times it’s diameter. Complicated stuff.

r is the same thing as 1/2d. So the formula is also C=(pi)d
Right. Maybe my humor is too obscure some times, but it always cracked me up that they (math geeks and textbooks) cared so much about the formula being one way, and not the other.

Math people aren't funny. I just proved it.

Unrelated to Pi Day, but kind of funny to think about...

1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8...(infinity) = -1/12

LOL I am betting that 80% of kids graduating from high school today have no comprehension of Pi. Most I saw in the military and in state government could not tell you what Pi is or what the formula for circumference of a perfect circle was or what the volume formula for a cylindrical object was.

Try how many cubic yards in a cylindrical object...

I do know there are 4 slices in my berry pi.
