Currently have waterfowl layers in Realtree Max-5. With it being so warm, the cattails are still very green and I feel like I still stick out even when I tuck myself in them. Does anyone use an alternative pattern when the environment is still so green? Hunting in marsh, standing in water about waist deep.

I have a green camo Simms Solarflex fishing hoody that blends into that background pretty well.

I wear a hooded Bug Tamer mesh parka to keep the bugs away and a green camo.
Since it is mesh it is cooler so really nice on hot buggy afternoons
(I also set up a Thermacell for bugs).

I was thinking Bottomlands would be a good choice. Between the color and vertical orientation of the pattern. I'll have to experiment next year. We've had a decent cold snap this week and has turned the color of things fairly quickly.
