Great Season already!

So we aren’t even 3 weeks in to season here in Virginia. On opening day my son got his first deer ever with a crossbow. My dad was able to come out for the recovery. Then yesterday I got the biggest bodied buck I’ve ever seen, and not a bad set of antlers either. He taped out at 137”. Not a bad way to get started with 10 weeks of season to go.

I hunted for about 5 years in VA when I lived near Roanoke. Was not lucky enough to get my sights on one that big.
