Not the easiest to get drawn for. Unit 27 was my second choice. Out of 425 tags mine was number 415. Made it by a hair. This year gonna try for another trophy. Last years had a 9" beard and dressed at 20lbs. Beautiful bird.

I hunted unit 27 a few years ago for deer. It was the fall hunt, so I could take either a Muley or Coues'. I ended up with a Muley. Anyway, I drifted from the subject for a second. I saw a he11 of a lot of turkeys there. Good luck and congrats! You should do fine.
