I would like to share my A++ customer experience with Gerber!
I was cutting/removing the head from my 5pt bull this past season w the @Big Fin Randy Newberg EBS cerrated knife and I was cutting away when I heard a pinggggg and than a blade went flying into the dark abyss..... long story short I received a brand new one in the mail today! Didn’t even ask for it! Just was letting them k ow incase it was a defect on the design. Good on Gerber! Thanks

Wow! That’s awesome! Did something brake or the blade just flew off! I love mine and haven’t had any issues except I didn’t get to clean as animals as I was hoping for

I picked one up before the season started. Loved that serrated blade. It was broken in on a couple of deer and an elk. I really like how easy/safe it is to change blades. I loved my Havalon knife but changing out those blades wasn’t exactly smooth.

No nothing broke that I saw. Maybe a smidge to much torque or something.... it was weird
