I have an REI Shuksan Jacket for sale, Hardshell, waterproof with eVent membrane, Size Large. I have only used it twice. I just washed it so it is clean. Non-smoking, no pets. I bought it at retail at $299. I have had it for about a year and a half and it just sits in the closet, and no point having it.
