First Time Tag Applications

Hello all,

So I applied for the first time for residence tags for Mule Deer and Antelope for Nevada. I have 0 points for both. So I my question is, what are my chances? The units I have selected are mostly around the NTTR and East to Utah.

Are there any OTC options for NV residents? Archery, antlerless, anything like that?

I also applied for the first time here in Nevada. The NDOW website has a spreadsheet you can filter for species, weapon, unit and season. 2018 Big Game Hunt Stats It shows how many tags were issued and applied for each unit to give you an idea what happened last year. (From what i understand). Also theres this page for each species Nevada Bonus Point and Application Choice Trends. Although i wasnt quite sure how to use it to influence a choice. Hope that helps.
