I believe that some sources suggest that dressed weight would be about 0.85% of live weight. So if your bear weighed 185 dressed it would have weiged about 217 live. Rufous.

Well that would make it 188 then.
That's a mature bear for sure! Sows can be deceiving though because they are often much shorter than boars. I looked at a good number of bears this year and only 1 in 10 looked was mature. Nice Bear! Really need to see a straight on shot of the head and a walk to get the sex and good feel for the bear. The women usually have smaller brains, big asses and narrow shoulders, (but there are a few exceptions)
