Extra Wyoming tag problems

I drew a 16-1 license and was wanting to purchase a doe tag. Show 16 has 113 license left but went in and tried to purchase a doe tag and the only option is 16-1 for $272.00 thought I could buy a an extra doe tag for like $34.00 plus the fee. Can anyone help me out or was I mistaken. Just don't think it's worth an extra 272.00 o shoot a doe.

Did you apply in the second draw? Since they changed the way they sell the leftover tags now. No longer first serve first come.
