Enjoying this early spring

Mid 70s today. Went jugging this morning and once the sun got up, the catfish started biting. Most of these were caught in the last hour or two:

Salt, pepper, cornmeal. 375 degree oil. Serve with hush puppies.

There's pros and cons to everywhere. I think NC is tough to beat though. Of course, we do have to deal with some pretty hot and muggy summers. Lots of people here too.
