Good news! What makes it the last good news for years though? Seems like a great deal for hunters and anglers. Didn’t see anything that made me feel like it’s the end though.

Reauthorization is not appropriation. This action would only keep these programs from legally expiring, but appropriates no money to keep them funded. They could continue legally but no future action would happen unless both houses of Congress votes to appropriate funding.
