Does anyone have any recommendations for some meat Packers near Grand Junction?
My dad drew a first season rifle tag and he will be going elk hunting without me since I just started working and have no vacation days. I am trying to help him plan as much as I can. He is kind of worried about shooting an elk in a deep hole and having trouble packing it out by himself.
If anyone has any recommendations that we can call and talk to ahead of time please send them my way. I know I’ve read on here before that meat Packers aren’t fans of people shooting something and then getting ahold of to pack out. So I am trying to help him get that planned out ahead of time.
