Elk hunting points app?

Hey so I started playing the game and applying for points around the country and I am finding it difficult to keep track of application periods and info for elk and deer points in all these places. Are there any apps out there to send you reminders and help keep it all organized? Or just excel?

I like just using my outlook calendar, I see that everyday and I can set a recurring meeting every year. Then I have an excel sheet i keep all my state info on in the first tab and use other tabs for state specific data like phone numbers i have acquired, notes from the field or conversations with biologists. I update that every year and also keep track of state to state costs so that i know what to budget for tags and apps every year.

I have a google doc spreadsheet that I have shared with my family, it shows how many points each family member has the current app and unit they drew and draw dates.
