Eagle Cap Wilderness in Oregon

Looking to maybe hunt this area in september for elk and mule deer. can anyone give me any info on if its any good or not? Thanks

I have spent quite a bit of time in there over the years and there is a lot of country without a lot of animals, the plus side is that its a great place to get away from the crowd and if you put your time in you will find some draws with a few elk in them.

Hunted there once a few years back. thought it was a better are for deer than elk but it held a few elk
